Primary Membership Cancellation/Suspension

This page contains a form for Primary members of the Network to cancel or suspend their membership in an easy manner and that meets the requirements of the Networks Constitution (updated 2023):

11. RESIGNATION OR LEAVE OF ABSENCE

11.1 A member may resign their membership at any time by notifying the Chief Executive Officer in writing.

11.2 A member may take a leave of absence from the Network at any time by notifying the Chief Executive Officer.

11.3 A leave of absence under this clause may be for a period of time specified in the notification, or may be in place until the member notifies the Chief Executive Officer that they wish to resume membership.

Note that the required details to be provided must match the details from your original membership form. Where identity concerns are raised, the Network will contact you to confirm the request using the details we have on file.
