Mental Health Consumer Survey

The Network is pleased to announce that our 2026 Mental Health Consumer Survey is now available.

Have you tried to access mental health supports or services in the ACT in the past two years? Do you have lived experience of mental health challenges? Then this survey is for you!

Even if you have been unsuccessful in accessing the services you need, you can still complete this survey. We do not require any information or proof of diagnosis you may have.

This survey is divided into 6 sections and will take you between 20 and 45 minutes to complete, depending on how much information you want to give, so grab a cuppa before you start!

The information you provide will be deidentified and is an opportunity for you to share your experiences of accessing mental health services in the ACT between 2024-2026 and help shape the Network’s 2027-2032 Strategic Plan.

Every eligible participant who finishes a survey will be able to nominate to receive either a;

$20 Woolworths Group (Wish) gift card; or,
$20 Coles Group gift card.
