Annual General Meeting
The Board of the Network is pleased to invite you to ACT Mental Health Consumer Network’s 202X Annual General Meeting.
The 202X Annual General Meeting is scheduled for 11am on Tuesday XX November 202X in Meeting Room 8, Level 2, Griffin Centre, 20 Genge Street, Canberra City, with online attendance available via Zoom.
For members who happen to arrive early, entry to the AGM venue will be available from 10.45am to give us sufficient time to set up.

Below are the current Board positions that are available for nominations and Proxy form for absentee voting. All forms are availabe in PDF and Word for download and can also be completed online using Microsoft forms.
Important Key Dates
Completed nomination forms for Chair, Secretary and Ordinary Members are due by 3pm Monday 1X November 202X.
Proxy forms for Absentee voting are to be received before 11am on Tuesday 1X November 202X.
